Experience the magic of Christmas with Santa Photography running daily at Waurn Ponds Shopping Centre from Saturday 25th November until Christmas Eve. Located outside of Target, join us this festive season with a brand new Santa Set and snap a family photo that can be cherished for years to come.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

You can amend or cancel your Santa Photography session here. Please note that booking amendments are subject to availability.

Santa Photography bookings are not managed by Waurn Ponds Centre Management, therefore the office cannot assist with booking changes. For further inquiries about your Santa Photography session refer to the link above.

AUSLAN SANTA

We’re excited to offer a brand new service at Waurn Ponds, Auslan Santa will be in Centre on Monday 11th December from 1pm to 4pm, using Auslan to communicate with visitors. Places for Auslan Santa sessions are extremely limited, please book in advance to avoid disappointment.

SENSITIVE SANTA

We’re excited to again offer a limited number of Sensitive Santa sessions for customers who may normally experience sensory overload during a traditional Santa Photography session. Sensitive Santa sessions will run from on Saturday 2nd December from 8am to 10am and again on Tuesday 5th December from 4pm to 5pm.

These sessions are held during periods in which the Centre is typically quieter, hence there are limited timeslots available. Please book in advance to avoid disappointment and ensure you select “Sensitive Santa” when booking.

PAWS WITH CLAWS

For the first time in Waurn Ponds Shopping Centre history, we are extremely excited to offer Santa Photos for your furry friends! That’s right, on Wednesday 6th, Thursday 7th, Wednesday 13th and Thursday 14th December, we will be offering a limited number of Santa Photo sessions for your pets from 4.30pm to 7.30pm.

Please note that by booking a a Paws with Claws sessions for you and your pet, you are automatically agreeing to terms and conditions listed below.

PAWS WITH CLAWS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Pet owners are responsible for their pets at all times.

Pet owners must bring waste disposal bags for their pets if needed. Please note that pet waste should not be placed in the centre’s bins.

If any animal displays aggressive behaviour, we will request their removal from the centre.

Prior to your scheduled booking time, pet owners should wait at the designated entrance outside Dymocks. A staff member will meet you at the appointed entrance and guide you to the Santa photography set. Pets must be on a leash or in a cage when entering the centre.

Animals are only allowed in the Centre when you are in the Santa Photo Area or under the guidance of a staff member. They are not permitted at any other times.

While we strive to adhere to your booking time, please understand that if another photography session is in progress, we appreciate your patience while the current pet photography session concludes.
