Our Partnership
Building a Stronger Geelong
We are proud to sponsor Geelong Youth Engagement to address youth unemployment and social disconnection in our region. Our sponsorship focuses on two initiatives:
- The Kokoda Youth Program: A 20-week intensive initiative where participants undergo rigorous physical training alongside mentors from local business and government. This journey culminates in walking the 96km Kokoda Trek in Papua New Guinea, instilling the core pillars of Courage, Endurance, Mateship, and Sacrifice. Unlike many youth initiatives, the Kokoda Youth Program has no “end date.” The organisation fosters long-term growth, with many alumni returning for support or as mentors to support the next generation of participants.
- Spring Back Geelong: A resilience-based program for Year 10 students, focusing on vocational training and community connection.
